Wallet & Payments

There are several ways to add funds to your Vlossom wallet:

From Another Wallet

1. Go to your Wallet page
2. Tap Receive
3. Copy your wallet address or scan the QR code
4. Send USDC from any compatible wallet

Testnet Faucet

On testnet, you can claim free test USDC:

1. Go to your Wallet page
2. Scroll to the "Testnet Faucet" section
3. Click "Get Test USDC"
4. You can claim 1000 USDC every 24 hours

To send USDC to another wallet:

1. Go to your Wallet page
2. Tap Send
3. Enter the recipient's wallet address
4. Enter the amount to send
5. Review and confirm the transaction

Note: Transactions are processed on the blockchain and may take a few moments to confirm.

Escrow protects both customers and stylists:

• When you book: Your payment is held securely in escrow
• During service: Funds remain protected
• After completion: You confirm the service, releasing payment to the stylist
• Auto-release: If you don't confirm within 24 hours, settlement and payment release are retried automatically

If there's a dispute, funds remain in escrow until resolved.

Refunds are processed in the following situations:

• Cancellation: Any locked payment is refunded in full under escrow v1
• Stylist cancels: Automatic full refund
• Dispute resolved in your favor: Full refund

Escrow v1 does not support partial or split refunds. On-chain confirmation time can vary.

To withdraw funds from your Vlossom wallet:

1. Go to your Wallet page
2. Tap Withdraw
3. Enter your external wallet address
4. Enter the amount to withdraw
5. Review fees and confirm

Blockchain confirmation time and fees vary by network. Bank payout is available only when an approved provider is enabled, and that provider supplies its own timing estimate.

Your transaction history is available on the Wallet page:

• Scroll down to see recent transactions
• Each transaction shows the type, amount, and date
• Tap any transaction to see details
• Use the configured network explorer link to verify blockchain confirmation
